Over at Last Day of my Life, MH highlights County Commissioner Jim Norman’s latest ridiculous suggestion: Deny healthcare to some poor citizens. Hussey rightly points out the cost of doing this would skyrocket as those denied help would eventually end up at the emergency room. Hillsborough County’s indigent Health Care Plan has been hailed as a national model, and Norman is constantly trying to kill it.
