Troxler parrots Michael Hussey, noting that the LaBrake scandal stains former mayor Dick Greco’s legacy. Both of them want to know what Dick would do if he were still around to face the music.
The loan officer is not guilty. Lori Roberts Horne was just a bit player in this. LaBrake needed a mortgage, and any financial institution likely would have approved the application. But LaBrake was so used to giving and taking handouts, he probably pledged special consideration out of habit.
