Donald Trump announced plans for a luxury condo high rise downtown. Trump Tower Tampa will sell residences from $700,000 to $5.5 million. As always with urban development, Justin is all over it. One contestant on The Apprentice is from Tampa, so don’t be surprised if an upcoming episode takes place here. Either way, PopStat nails it in that Trump’s high profile will get nationwide attention for our little city, and perhaps inspire new investment here from others.
