Found via Bl0gax: Later this year, DirectTV will deliver HD local channels to twelve specific markets. Among those twelve, is the Cigar City itself. Subscribers to local TV will also get the High Definition feed. Yes, Tampa subscribers will be able to see the spittle flying and the sweat dripping off of Don Germaise as he runs through one of his hilarious live reports. For Wifey: There is no cost increase mentioned.
