old names, new names
The Maas Brothers Building is one of those with the Growing Panes. It looks like the building will be sold again, this time to Pradip Patel (Kiran’s brother) who is also interested in the old Courthouse. No definitive plans have been made, but there is talk of more residential. Either way, the old building must be torn down. Like the Maas brothers in their time, the entire Patel family continues to make significant contributions and investments in Tampa.
