5:21 POTUS has just passed Kennedy heading north on Florida, along with about 15 escorts (government employees, not your typical Tampa escorts).

4:07 Traffic is once again back to normal.

3:40 Tampa St. is now closed. East of Tampa St., Kennedy is backed up throughout downtown. You cannot go west from downtown, police are not letting anyone through.

The visit is going to screw up rush hour traffic this afternoon, but we don’t know exactly where. They won’t give out the exact route, for security purposes.
