Just four weeks after being awarded another Super Bowl, Tampa will now also host the Frozen Four tournament in 2012. The contest will be held April 5-7, 2012 at the St. Pete Times Forum. Although the NCAA planned to award the tournament for 2009-2011, they added Tampa to the winning list of Washington, DC (2009), Detroit (2010), and Minneapolis (2011).

Maybe the NHL will be back on the ice by then and we can have a full slate of hockey for the year.
