tommyThe Hillsborough County City-County Planning Commission may recommend denying rezoning for a few new planned developments. County planners know there are not enough schools in South County to keep up with an influx of new residents.
Of course, common sense never stopped Hillsborough from building and building, so what makes you think it will now? It won’t.
The developer is says it can be rezoned, just not developed. That’s how you get your foot in the door.
The County Commission will consider the recommendations in early November, at which time I bet they ignore the Planning Commission’s recommendation, and approve the rezoning. We’ll see.
