St Petersburg is hosting it’s 17th Annual Holiday Boat parade on Friday, December 9 @ 7:30pm. It starts at the Harborage Marina, around The Pier, into the Vinoy Yacht Basin and back. For more information call 727-821-6164.
Clearwater’s Holiday illuminated night parade will be held this Friday, December 9 @ 7:oopm. The route starts at Cleveland Street by Crest Lake Park, and heads west to East Avenue. For additional information call 727-562-4800.
On Saturday, Dec. 10, the 5th Annual Hillsborough River Holiday Boat Parade starts at 5:00 pm at the Lowry Park ramp, upstream past the illuminated Sulphur Springs Tower to Hanna’s Whirl (the bend in the river at 18th Street). If you would like to participate, boat entry is free. Or gather at the riverfront Harbor Club restaurant in Sulphur Springs, 915 E. Grant St. When the parade is over, check out Santa Gone Wild.
The 20th Annual Treasure Island holiday boat parade (pdf) begins @ 6:20pm on Sunday, December 11. It starts at the Treasure Island Yacht Club, heads south under the Treasure Island Cswy bridge @ 7:00pm, and ends at John’s Pass @ 8:15 pm.
And next weekend, the Holiday Fest lighted boat parade is on Saturday, December 17 from 6:30pm - 7:00pm. The spectacle can be viewed from several spots in downtown Tampa.
