		<description>Yeah, Tampa&#039;s great if you are from a traffic-laden city like NY or CHI.  I never enjoy anything Tampa may have to offer, because it takes me a freakin&#039; hour just to get out of Brandon.  So you&#039;re asking why do I live in Brandon?  I&#039;m here temporarily, I have to rent a house not a condo, and the only rental homes in Tampa proper are slums.</description>

		<description>Good article... thanks. I now have a few new places to check out across the bay! The Rack sounds like a place I need to check out sometime soon! I have been to both Tapa places and prefer Ceviche over Sangria&#039;s, but both oare good.</description>
