Found via Tampa Rail, HARTline is looking to the future. You can take another public transportation survey via Vision 2016. Just another study that will say HART needs more frequent service to more areas. We’ve been through this a million times. I agree with the Tribune when they say Ray Miller has done absolutely nothing since he got here.

I filled out the survey nonetheless. It only takes a few minutes.
