I recently added Tampa Taxi Shots to the blogroll on the left. The concept is great. A taxi driver into photography combines the two, and posts photos of places and things he sees while driving around Tampa Bay, adding commentary as he goes.
Highlights so far include this beautiful photo of a sunrise over a pond (taken behind a dumpster!), and one of the Sunshine Skyway. Beware, some of the photos are close to NSFW. I find those that actually incorporate the taxi within very interesting. Here’s one at a popular taxi spot on Dale Mabry, and here’s one that catches the fare tracker in the SoHo party district.
Tampa Taxi Shots is a new blog, so hopefully Tim Fasano keeps it up. I certainly like it thus far.

Is this the one cabby in Tampa Bay who can actually get you to a desination without you having to give him explicit instructions? I’d like to meet him for the novelty factor alone.
