The Florida Cuban Heritage Trail runs from Key West, through Miami, and then Tampa. Film Fan Lisa told us that the News-Press recently ran a three part series on the trail, ending with a good look at the Cuban heritage in Ybor City.

By the way, the News-Press is one of those Gannett newspapers that stupidly refuses to identify itself with a region or city. Unless you are a mind reader or you do some searching, you wouldn’t know they cover southwest Florida (Ft. Myers).
