Sad but true. The most amazing thing is people want to give her a break because she was traumatized by Carlie’s murder, yet they wouldn’t hesitate to push any other (alleged) crack addict down a chute. How do we know drug abuse didn’t lead to the circumstances that had a young girl walking alone on a Super Bowl Sunday for any old predator to come along and grab?
Ever met a crack addict? They can’t stop! Anybody who thinks they can “try anything once” like that is worse than a fool. I feel bad for anyone who thinks “it won’t happen to me,” but never as bad as I felt for Carlie.
The first thing I thought of when I heard of carlie missing was “what is an 11 year old girl doing walking home alone”? “where were her parants?” I don’t feel sorry for her.

Carlie was at my school while in second grade because she was in Joshua House. Good parents don’t have kids at J.H.
