(Everyone hankering for a National Lacrosse League team, sorry!) Take such spreadsheet-massaging with a grain of salt. It doesn't do much to encourage or discourage team and league movement/expansion. As long as a barn with land is available, and government-guaranteed money is right, the major pros would move to Nome, Alaska. (Slight exaggeration, but only slight.)
