The Florida Supreme Court has struck down the proposed redistricting amendment that was to go before voters in November.

The final vote was 6-1 against the measure.

I wasn’t aware there was a clause requiring amendments to be limited to a single subject although I suppose that makes sense. It is worth remembering that dems would fight this just as heartily as the gop were they in the majority.
