GMAC insurance tested folks nationwide on the rules for driving. For the second year in a row, Oregon can boast of having the most knowledgable drivers. Florida not so much. The sunshine state ranks 40th. Go take the test.

   Okay, I’m going out on a limb here. I haven’t taken the test yet but I will and I’ll kick ass. I learned to drive in OREGON!

   We always learned that using high beams causes you to overdrive (I don’t think I’m using the correct terminology but you know what I mean).
