Jason’s review of the Fuego chain restaurant in Brandon caught the attention of a locally-owned churrascaria. Ana Siqueira says that Brasa Grill was serving rodizio-style in the area long before any chains came into town. The Business Journal recently told us of a cluster of Brazilian businesses in Town ‘n’ Country, and you can find Ana’s Brasa Grill there too on West Waters Av.

Ana commented that Brasa Grill costs less and has more options than any other churrascaria. Take a note of the good reviews in the Weekly Planet and TBO.com.

In fact, Ana is so certain you will like her food better, she’s willing to give readers of Sticks of Fire a 25% discount on dinner. Yep. Just for you. Print out her comment, and bring it to Brasa Grill for a 25% off – this offer is only good until August 31, 2006.

Be sure to come back here and tell us about your experience.

sounds good to me. I have to kind of starve myself all day or I don’t really eat enough to make these things worthwhile so I will try it for an early dinner on a saturday soon.

I’ve been to Brasa Grill already three times and I love it. First, you are greeted by either the owner or their young good looking waitresses wearing the yellow and green outfits which simbolize the colors of the Brazilian flag. As soon as you walk in, you will hear the brazilian music and no matter where you chose to sit, you will always be able to watch the brazilian music videos as you enjoy their suculent dishes. Their all you can eat bufet is a must do, when visiting Brasa Grill. So much variety and everything so delicious. If you chose the Meat Feast, be ready for the feast of your life as they just keep on coming every other minute to your table with 16 different types of meats. Their style is very unique. When they come to your table, the meats are on a metal stick and they cut your pieces right there at your table. They come very often to your table offering you from their wide selection. People at other tables can’t ignore when seeing the variety of meats passing right in front of your eyes. My favorite is the skirt steak … it is so tender, juicy and mouthwatering delicious! They seeason their meats in a very unique way and every piece of meat that you eat is unbelievably good. I love their bread which they bring before your dinner arrives. It’s round pieces of bread and I have never ever had this before. They call it cheese bread and it’s sooo good. When ordering, don’t forget to try the Yuca Frita. Oh my God, it is soooooo good. Their yellow rice is super. On Saturdays, they add shrimp to their yellow rice and I’ve got no words to express how good it is!! If you haven’t been to Brasa Grill, you’ve got to go RIGHT NOW. Located in the heart of Town N’ Country on West Waters Avenue. You won’t be disappointed, I assure you!

My favorite .. yellow rice, black beans, yuca frita and skirt steak! You’ve got to try it. Their prices are very affordable and it’s a great family atmosphere. We have been there already four times in the last two months. You won’t regret it.
