florida citrus under quarantine

The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports:USDA imposes quarantine on Florida citrus to 6 states. According to the story, USDA Agriculture Secretary Mike Johanns says the quarantine is an effort to prevent the spread of citrus canker. The quarantine affects shipments to Alabama, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Louisiana and Texas.

That just doesn’t sound good at all.
