What the hell happene dto trying to endorse conservation and alternative means of transit?  All this does is open up more land for development.  If it was a commuter rail link (not light rail, not a high speed train), I wouldn&#039;t have a problem but it&#039;s more of the same -- and everyone knows what happens when they simply build new roads in florida -- they just open up more space for developers and more traffic jams.</description>
