What the hell happene dto trying to endorse conservation and alternative means of transit? All this does is open up more land for development. If it was a commuter rail link (not light rail, not a high speed train), I wouldn't have a problem but it's more of the same -- and everyone knows what happens when they simply build new roads in florida -- they just open up more space for developers and more traffic jams.
