On Wednesday, September 27th, the locally-filmed 20-minute indie short The Survivors’ Club will make its world premiere at the Clearwater Cinema Cafe at 7 p.m. Admission is $5.00.
Written by Christine Battle and directed by Jerry Alan, The Survivors’ Club was sponsored by the Tampa Chapter of the Florida Motion Picture & TV Association and was shot in downtown Land O’Lakes and at the Tampa Performing Arts Center.

Oh how funny! That didn’t register as I was typing it. That’s what I get for cribbing from the email I received, I suppose.
Maybe “downtown” means “where the traffic light is” ?? (Assuming Land O’Lakes has traffic lights….I really don’t know).
