trump tower sold
tommyThe Tampa Bay Business Journal is reporting that Tampa’s Trump Tower project was sold to an Orlando firm. The original developer, SimDag, ran into all sorts of problems since the announcement. Mirabilis will take over, and they say Trump Tower Tampa will be completed as originally intended.
I’ll believe it when I see it.

there’s a condo site on Kennedy, “Boulevard Condos,” adjacent to U of Tampa, where construction was supposed to have been started a year or so ago. The site’s been abandoned, taken over by a small army of “homeless” people. Great place to get crack, meet a girl (with no teeth, needs bath)! They may still be trying to sell the condos, but apparently nobody’s buying. It will be interesting to see what happens if the condo market continues to deteriorate.
