We’re right in the middle of the Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival. The nine-day cultural event features speakers, musicians, artists, poets and craftspeople. The idea is to promote diversity and cultural sensitivity. This festival gives all of us the opportunity to increase our awareness of African and African-American culture and history. And adding to your personal database of cool stuff never hurts.

Check the schedule of events to choose how you can support this worthy cause and learn more about your neighbors.
