		<description>One Question:  How far into the future are we borrowing our CIT funds to pay for the past?  We have already bonded years into the future - how much further does this take us?

Will there be any left for our children and grandchildren when THEY need it?  We must be very careful with this.  Bonding is the only recourse to not raising taxes, but at what cost to us really?</description>
