House Bill 537 has been touted as a return to a paper trail for elections. Trouble is, there is so much more in there. Howard Troxler says there may even be some lumpy milk:

… the Legislature tacked so much extra junk onto this sucker that it looks like a frat-house refrigerator door - and the contents are just about as unknown and dangerous.
