Living in Portland for quite a few years, I have to say that the picture painted is a bit inaccurate. Everywhere that you go, there are strange driving habits adopted by drivers. Here, for instance, it's lining up in the middle of the intersection in the left turn lane. It's a local habit. I tried it in Texas and almost got killed.
Portland has their own kind of crappy drivers. It's just a different kind of crappy than here.

The article indicated this is based on reports of road rage, but not if it was the respondents rage or rage witnessed by respondents. One must wonder if it was the latter, perhaps Tampa drivers just had their attention too buried in their cellphone to notice.

Um, right, that's all well and good, except driving isn't personal.

I can't tell you how many times I've had to pass someone on the right because they were doing something like 60 in a 65 in the left lane during rush hour only to find in the rearview, about two miles later, that they were doing their best to catch up with me and that if I let them, they are FURIOUS they were passed. Losers. You'll never get anywhere that way.

Slow lanes and blinkers - dumb asses need to use 'em.
