Everywhere that you go, there are strange driving habits adopted by drivers. Here, for instance, it's lining up in the middle of the intersection in the left turn lane. It's a local habit. I tried it in Texas and almost got killed. Portland has their own kind of crappy drivers. It's just a different kind of crappy than here. One must wonder if it was the latter, perhaps Tampa drivers just had their attention too buried in their cellphone to notice. I can't tell you how many times I've had to pass someone on the right because they were doing something like 60 in a 65 in the left lane during rush hour only to find in the rearview, about two miles later, that they were doing their best to catch up with me and that if I let them, they are FURIOUS they were passed. Losers. You'll never get anywhere that way. Slow lanes and blinkers - dumb asses need to use 'em. Um, right, that’s all well and good, except driving isn’t personal.
