People sure love to jaywalk in this town, and the busier the street the better. I had to hit the brakes on Fowler once because some dumas didn’t want to bother with waiting for traffic to clear. There but for the grace of You Know Who we go!

Fowler is an obstacle course. Jaywalking pedestrians, vagrants on bicycles, you have it. Do the people walking around Fowler make a living entirely from robbing stores/breaking into cars? They certainly never seem to have jobs.
