There is a story on the front page of the St. Pete Times Friday paper, that includes no interviews. It’s just a report of what you can find on the subject’s myspace page.

If you read Baby’s hospital tale grips MySpace, you’ll find the story of Kristy Reynolds and her baby. Back in May, the baby’s day care worker was arrested for shaking the baby. The baby’s name was left out of press reports back then, but because of Kristy’s myspace page, reporters felt comfortable in giving out more information, and they did on Friday’s front page.

Make no mistake - we are horrified at the accusations, and certainly sympathize with Kristy’s family and wish her nothing but the best. I just found it interesting (although not surprising) that “Florida’s Best Newspaper” has now become a printed blog.
