urban tour of homes
If you have ever wanted to see what living in downtown Tampa might be like, you have a chance this weekend. From the Downtown Partnership’s Weekly newsletter - Downtown Tampa Tour of Homes:
Six of Tampa Bay’s most notable real estate companies – Smith & Associates Real Estate, Keller Williams, Real Works, Coldwell Banker, Eaton Realty and Palermo Real Estate Professionals - have joined to host the largest tour of urban homes ever seen in downtown Tampa. For one day only, nine of downtown’s hottest developments will be open to the public. Participants will have the opportunity to personally tour some very new and exclusive residences and find out why so many people are deciding to call downtown Tampa “Home.”
Date: Saturday, July 21st from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Participating Developments: Element (507 N. Franklin Street), Grand Central (1208 E. Kennedy Boulevard), Skypoint (777 N. Ashley Drive), Ventana (Located in the Shops at Channelside), One Laurel Place (201 W. Laurel Street), Box Factory Lofts (2001 E. 2nd Avenue), Victory Lofts (101 S. 12th Street), Residences of Franklin Street (1108 N. Franklin Street), The Meridian at Channelside (1212 E. Whiting Street).
Of course, it doesn’t mention if any restaurants will be open.

That would have been nice to include eateries and transportation options….I asked Dallas if they could have available the In-Town Tampa Guide and Maps at the tour.
Here is a link to the Trolley and Streetcar

It will be a fabulous event and each property will have a map of all participating residences, so it doesn’t matter where you start on the tour you can make your way around on your own time. see you all there!

My house is on this tour! Hooray! Well, not my ACTUAL house, but the building my house is in. It’s frequently overlooked by people when talking about downtown living.
