The most obvious comparison, winning percentage, is a weak measure since football teams play so few games and such unbalanced schedules. In defense of the Bucs they have to play other teams of comparable skill level while USF plays such power houses as Elon and Florida Atlantic (in fact, college football guru Phil Steele gives USF the 70th most difficult schedule).
