boston is bloggiest, or not
According to outside.in, Boston is the Bloggiest city in the U.S., with Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Washington and Portland coming in the top five.
No - Tampa is not on the list.
In fact, Tampa Bay is not even included on outside.in’s list of cities.
Not that I think that Tampa is among the top ten - I simply don’t know. I do know that it’s presumptuous to assume that every place blog in the nation has submitted their site to outside.in. Most local place blogs don’t even know they exist.
If you write about local items, you ought to sign up at outside.in as well as Lisa Williams’ PlaceBlogger service - also about local.

Apparently, in order to be listed on the service, they have to add your city manually. Orlando was reportedly the first city they added because of users requesting it to be so. Send in some requests, and I’m sure they’ll start indexing. The first few weeks were kind of a joke, but now they actually have a decent listing of blog-stuff for us.
