St. Pete Times: Hillsborough is lagging behind the rest of Florida in switching to a new voting system and wasting time needed to test the machines, work out any bugs and train staff and volunteers before the state’s fourth-largest county goes to the polls.

well, if they actually got the machines to work properly and fairly; then the party may not get the majority vote after all. Remember 2000 and 2004. Need I say more?
