did he collect $200 too?
How is it possible that the HCSO would let a man out of jail by mistake?
Michael Hess, the man who escaped from custody and lived free for 28 years only to be recaptured in October, was mistakenly released from jail early Friday morning, authorities said.
He was caught hours later at his former workplace, the Press Box sports bar.
“We’re not sure what the error was,” said Debbie Carter, a spokeswoman for the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
“We’re not sure”?
He either had a “get out of jail free” card, or he rolled doubles.
Which is it?

Let me get this right, he gets a second chance at wrongful freedom and he goes back to a past employers establishment, somewhere cops will look? See, criminals are dumb!
