Come and play at the International Bazaar
Fridays from 6 p.m.-12 a.m.
Enjoy Chess for all ages and levels, we also teach Chess for Free

I know these guys are fairly active (and are there several days a week): http://www.stpetersburgchessclub.com/

I don’t know what levels they include, but if anything I am sure *someone* would be willing to help someone learn. (Or have better/other suggestions.)
