It appears that 60,000 votes were not counted and it may take 2 additional days to learn the outcome of elections in Hillsborough County. The irony is that this fool, Buddy Johnson, may actually be re-elected. He should be removed from office. It is no surprise that ONLY this county has had problems with the tabulation of votes. There were issues in the primaries and no practice runs were done here (that I am aware of) were done prior to Nov. 4th. He lied on camera about the problems at USF and now we learn that at the West Tampa Convention Center site, some voters did not receive the entire ballot...and again no comment from Johnson. You MUST have faith in the person counting your votes. Ronald Reagen said that voting was “the crown jewel of American democracy” -- and he was right. It's a shame the state constitution doesn't define this as a non-partisan role. The voter's of Hillsborough county will be well served by an honest, competent, and trustworthy leader such as Phyllis.
