The first is "The Franchise." Now, I know that baseball purists consider Tom Seaver as the one and only "franchise," but that was 30+ years ago. It's time to move on. The second nickname, is "The Living Legend" because of Eva's clutch hitting ability. He's up to what, four game-winning/walk-off hits already this season? I’ve already come up two nicknames for Eva. Sure it is nice and easy to get around (as opposed to RFK) but when compared to Camden Yards it falls short. (I live outside of DC now). I will have to switch the Bucco Bruce picture out for a Rays one. (And I will need a new DC landmark to throw in the back, any suggestions?) People will start to come out to games as they realize we finally have a winner in our backyard. Rays have some of the cheapest tickets and are one of the most fan friendly teams around.
