The child may be in the company of Rasha Honors, a black male, 27 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes and Rex Honors, a black male, 31 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, black hair, and brown eyes. They may be traveling in a 1996-1999 white Mitsubishi Montero Sport with light window tint.
