Doesn't seem like a big deal to me. Who really cares about the naked bodies of millions of people, the vast majority of whom you aren't going to know or be interested in. If this scanning service makes trips through the airport faster and air travel safer, I'm all for it. You already basically give up your civil liberties when you agree to fly anyway.... my wife and many others have been searched quite closely before while traveling.

Are those nipples I see? How will the FCC allow this to happen? Didn't we learn anything from nipple-gate? Pfft, the indecency.

This is a great fundraising idea for TSA. They could offer subscriptions for "Hottie of the Week" and "Hunk of the Week". We are headed into tight budget times and must be creative. Privacy?? That concept was based on that quaint, outdated, and now-shredded U.S. Constitution. But we are SAFE!!?

This is more than a smack of Big Brother. This invasion of privacy is literally horrible because it is soooo creepy.

All the little bits of privacy we've given up have brought us to this: whenever we buy an airplane ticket, we’re agreeing to let some airport security guys look at naked pictures of us — and naked pictures of our daughters.

This machine can see through the woman's clothing, but not her leather boots. Nor her leather panties. I’m guessing they must be leather, or else the machine would see through them like it sees through the rest of the fabric she's wearing, right? But if we don’t wear our leather undies to the airport, the images would be that much more invasive.

1. In hopes of stimulating a hiring wave at TSA. "You too can watch naked girls all day long, and get paid for it!"

2. An invasion only occurs when something unwanted invades, but we have welcomed the government into our lives quite willingly.

3. By the way, citizen, we are still at DHS Threat Level Orange, and we will always be at war with Eastasia.

4. Of course they can be saved. It's necessary for evidence. I can't wait to see Pamela Anderson's "shroud of Turin" nude shot.
