(This dude scooted out in front of me on 19 in Palm Harbor the other day, and first I almost hit him, then I almost hit the other drivers because I couldn’t stop laughing at his dog’s butterfly wings.)

You know this guy.  And it seems he’s got hundreds of cousins with the same ride.  Maybe there is a law that says there must be one of these on our local roads at all times?
