tampa heroes
Tuesday, November 8th, 2005Kerry Reardon was teaching his daughter how to drive when he jumped into the bay, and pulled a boy from a submerged SUV. Kenny Hyatt was fishing when he steered his boat near the sinking vehicle. He and three other fishermen pulled three other SUV passengers out of the bay, and took the boy from Reardon. Kelly Earle was on her way to lunch with a friend, when she jumped into the bay, swam to the boat, and breathed life into the boy’s lungs.
Words cannot describe the heroic efforts of all of these people. I am in awe of their actions.
