Tampa International Airport Executive Director Louis Miller cringed at questions about international flights, didn't care to converse with board members about an office building, bypassed variance boards in zoning, and violated sunshine laws. When turning right, we hardly see anyone actually stop for the red light. Temple Terrace is using red light cameras and fines to dissuade us from rolling on through, and they find that about 90% of their camera citations are for right turners.
